Qu’est-ce que le drainage lymphatique Vodder
Le drainage lymphatique Vodder est une technique de massothérapie douce, développée dans les années 1930 par le Dr Emil Vodder. Elle vise à stimuler la circulation de la lymphe, ce liquide essentiel qui transporte les déchets et les toxines hors du corps.
Contrairement à des méthodes plus toniques comme d'autres méthodes de drainage connues, le Vodder respecte le rythme naturel du corps, sans brusquer les tissus ni provoquer d’inflammation.
